Luke brings his wealth of knowledge to this 2 hour mindful movement and meditation workshop. Learn the foundations of natural human movement patterns that aid in strength, balance and coordination. These are keys to keeping the body moving well throughout a lifetime.
$30 per participant.
In this two hour workshop expect to learn the basics of mindfulness as well as foundational natural human movement patterns. These movements include, but are not limited to, ground movements, crawling, get ups, and balancing.
We will go over different techniques and variations for these movements and examine their application as a means of enriching the quality of movement in our daily life!
Please wear clothing that allows for a wide range of movement.
