Member Survey for Reopening! (click here…)

With falling COVID numbers and continued immunization, it’s finally time for a (gradual) re-opening!  

Here’s the plan:
April:  A few classes will move to a blend of live and Zoom formats. (You may attend either way.) We anticipate this happening the second week of April, but are still finalizing plans.  More details will be released soon!  In addition, we will start offering “pop-up” outdoor events when the weather permits.

May: We will expand the blended live and Zoom offerings as instructors and members feel comfortable coming back inside.  Think of this as a “Soft Re-Opening.”  We will also offer more regular outdoor events.

June: Anyone for a “Grand Re-Opening?” That’s what we’re hopping for!  As we move back to a full indoor schedule, we will still offer blended live/Zoom and Zoom only classes.  We will continue outdoor classes AND we are once again partnering with Lussier Family Heritage Center to offer yoga at their beautiful location. 

Ongoing:  Recorded classes and audio guided meditations will continue to be added to our library.  You can find video/audio materials here on the Wishing Tree Studio website, Facebook Virtual Yoga Group, and in the Wellness Living video library.

Not “flexible enough” for yoga? Yoga for Stiff People is for you. It is also wonderful for anyone new or reluctant to try yoga!

We’re excited to work in partnership with Oregon Community Education to bring you a this spring class series with Brittany.

Slowly work out those winter kinks and improve your functional mobility. Starts SOON – register today!

Restorative SomaYoga Series Wednesdays in February

Soothe and calm your nervous system using your conscious breath, mind and body with SomaYoga.

In this 45 minute gentle practice, Ali will guide you to an enhanced resting state. The focus will be on grounding, slow movement and supporting a self-renewing savasana practice. Consider this midweek wind-down a reset for your system this February! 

Recordings accessible through March and weekly check in email are included in the price.

Cultivate Your Inner Warrior Sundays in February

Join Nichole for a four session virtual workshop where we will dive into the story of Virabhadra, the ferocious warrior who both scares and saves us. Building on our understanding of the stories we will refine our understanding of how each of the poses land in our bodies. Expect hard work, good stories, and self exploration. A strap, two blocks, a blanket or towel, and a journal will be used each week.
