Yoga Instructor
I began my yoga jouney more than 20 years ago as a dancer in college. Since then, I have deepened my practice and found the remarkable benefits of an on-goig meditation practice. I became a yoga teacher to deepen my understanding of anatomy and alignment and to encourage health, wellbeing and mindfulness in my community. My favorite styles to teach are slow flow vinyasa, restorative yoga and meditation that connect breath to movement and root the mind in the present.
