Are you curious about Yoga Teacher Training or the Deep Dive in General? (Note: about half of trainees take the training for deeper study and have no interest in teaching.) There’s no commitment. Whether you are interested in yoga teaching, in deepening your practice or study of yoga, or simply want to see what it’s all about, come with your questions and your ears.

We will begin by giving an overview of the Training, from the most practical parts to the deeper process and philosophy. Then we will explore your questions. Come and get a sense of what it’s all about!

New to Yoga?

Beginning a yoga practice can be intimidating. Here are a few tips to help you get started:

Which class? We offer many different classes and each of our instructors brings their own unique style. We’d love to help you find classes and instructors to fit your interests and needsand schedule. Just ask!

No mat? No problem! We have mats and all the props you need for a great experience.

Shoes? Nope. Please leave your shoes and worries at the door. Yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot.

Cell phone? This is your time to step away from your phone. Turn it off and leave it with your things. And please enter and leave the studio quietly when class is in progress.

Recovering from injury? Concerns about specific movements? Pregnant? Please let your instructor know. Honor your body. Work within your comfort range and feel free to ask for modifications and guidance. That’s what we’re here for! And remember to check with your physician regarding any medical concerns.
