Power Series 3: Arm Balances
Tuesday August 3 and 10; Friday August 13 5:45-6:45pm
This fun and empowering series will require curiosity, courage and a playful attitude! These sessions are designed to increase strength, improve balance and enhance mental concentration. We will move through a generous warm up and vinyasa flow, stretching and engaging key muscle groups to safely and confidently prepare you for a variety of exciting arm balances. You’ll learn important alignment and muscle engagement as well as effective joint stacking to help you grow and succeed!
Fee: class pass, membership, one month “try it” or $25 drop in
