Restorative SomaYoga Series Wednesdays in February

Soothe and calm your nervous system using your conscious breath, mind and body with SomaYoga.

In this 45 minute gentle practice, Ali will guide you to an enhanced resting state. The focus will be on grounding, slow movement and supporting a self-renewing savasana practice. Consider this midweek wind-down a reset for your system this February!

Cultivate Your Inner Warrior Sundays in February

Join Nichole for a four session virtual workshop where we will dive into the story of Virabhadra, the ferocious warrior who both scares and saves us. Building on our understanding of the stories we will refine our understanding of how each of the poses land in our bodies. Expect hard work, good stories, and self exploration. A strap, two blocks, a blanket or towel, and a journal will be used each week.
